Special: order any two aprons and get free shipping
Pull up a chair
and help yourself to some tea and scones.....
Here is part of my collection
of hand crafted aprons. These have been expertly reproduced using original vintage patterns from the 1940's, 50's
and 60's and consist of fabrics and trim remniscent of that era. Along with each apron purchased, you will receive
a matching potholder and sachet (unless you choose otherwise). How about ordering a matching apron for your daughter(s)?
Nothing like bringing your girls into the kitchen with you to learn and bond!
Some of the aprons shown below have
been sold but I will recreate them with the same fabric or any other fabric you may prefer.
This is your opportunity to have a totally unique keepsake
apron!

Let me show you an apron
I fashioned after one that was my Grandma's. The "Lillyn" apron is named for my maternal Grandmother "Lil"
who is fondly remembered for her scrumptious Sunday dinners, prim attire and sparkling house (which will always bring memories
of the sawdust aroma from the basement furnace). This one size apron is created from a 1960s style pattern of cotton/poly
blend of periwinkle blue with white dots that is wrinkle resistant. It's outstanding feature is the crisp contrast of
colors and delicate lace trim. Lillyn Periwinkle $25 including shipping.

1950s Hostess apron "Eileen" This style is named after my Mom who was not only a meticulous housekeeper but a great mom and a friend to all.
I decided to make this one with muslin which retains a "wrinkled texture" imparting an earthy flavor.
Its hem has a 4" trim of sunflowers and brick red bias around tyhe pocket. It should be cold/gentle cycle
washed, dried on low setting dry to come out just as wrinkly! Eileen $25 including
shipping.

as consistently being dressed as a party hostess even when doing her housework or relaxing around the house in her high heel
pumps. June $25 including shipping.

1970s Hostess apron "Rita" Rita is my sis in law but has always been a sister to me. She's
a fabulous cook and always creates a "spread" for meals which none of us can possibly finish. This pattern
is a recreation of a vintage style which is perky and cleverly assembled. Rita $25 including shipping.

JC's apron was a special order for which I had
no pattern. I designed it as per his desire for an apron reminiscent of a Nineteenth Century downstairs maid.
