"Off-the-Rack" shirt sizes can vary wildly. If you order by saying "I usually wear a Large" then the shirt you receive may be too large...hand sewn pattern-based shirts usually run larger than commercial sizes.

On men's shirt a patch pocket is provided and matched with fabric design of shirt unless buyer asks for no pocket.

Is this shirt to be a gift or surprise?
Alternatively, you can take a square-bottomed shirt that fits him well and spread it face down on a table. Measure from armpit-to-armpit and from the collar seam to the tail of the shirt. Pass those measurements on to me and I will make a shirt that matches those measurements.
